I think you need to lighten up though. I'm not a scientist - just a silly mug trying to make a few dollars where I don't have to produce any sweat doing so.
Just like any investment choice, you strip away the third that is just hype, strip away the third that is just blatantly negative and see what is left. If that looks promising then the decision is made.
I will either walk away with a profit or take a loss or in a years time I may find another place that I would prefer to put the cash. Not really that difficult an equation and it does not need to be dissected and analysed ad nauseum.
Either way, the world won't end and my massive $9k investment won't make me jump in front of a bus if it does not work out.
