Many listed Australian 'Green' stocks have taken a hit since the Abbott government came to power... Wasabi energy looks to be on the road to liquidation...CBD Energy have decided to call it quits on the ASX and have listed in the USA instead.

But this move by the Obama administration will surely flow through to Australian clean-tech stocks... in the greater scheme of things, it is the USA that sets the pace. If the USA is getting serious about cutting carbon emissions, the flow on from this will easily outweigh the hostility towards this sector from many in the Abbott government.

Interesting to see the COZ shareprice has been holding up pretty well in recent days despite the capital raising. Probably suggests positive sentiment is returning to the Australian clean-tech sector.
