I guess it could be in the form of a CR or a C-note, but that would only occur if the SP was significantly higher, I guess it begs the question of the calibre of yellowstone resource, Maybe he's that confident of the Jorc? because to purchase 70% he would need roughly 100mil, he won't raise money unless the SP is way over $1.
