Id agree with the end result but not the journey it will take to get there. I dont see a big crash occurring sharpley more a damaging slow grind downward.
Its good to hear about your personal observations on property in your area. I always keep an open eye on for sale signs as I drive around, it is very interesting. What I am seeing in Toowoomba now is a lot more expensive houses coming onto the market which is not normal for this area really.
These houses range from about 750k to about 2mil. I am also seeing a lot of average priced houses that have been for sale for who knows how long now going to auction. Auctions imo dont work if the house has been for sale for a long time and not sold. Imo it is the real estate people talking them into spending more money to auction. Im also now seeing quite a few big blocks on land coming up for sale on the outskirts of the city, these blocks are anywhere from 5 to 100acres and one is an actual working farm right on the Toowoomba town boundary of 250 acres or somewhere around there. Cant imagine what that would be worth given just about 2klm up the road you can buy 600sm blocks starting at 160k, lots of money. Now that property would be worth buying if you had a spare 10mil or so.
Very interesting watching the property market in a physical way.
