i actually deliberately dont read his posts, as they contain one sided antagonistic points, and he has said on the XST threads that he relishes infuriating and humiliating me personally, so i consider him anything other than a prize troll on hot copper, one that was never sorted out by weak moderation..

i have not read his posts , but i am certain he would hate this threat as he cannot accept the point that a settlement with the santon 4 is possible and that xstate themselves have stated in a release that a settlement in this matter is a strong catalyst for a massive market cap re-rating

but i maintain that chasing individuals in singapore for the amount of this damages claim is far easier than chasing a company for a claim of this size, we know absolutely that they have the assets, os right now its a case of working solidly to a conclusion
