Joint and Several? LOL, I think not. These are individuals being sued, not a companies Directors .... in any event we will see what happens.... the judgement amount does XST no favors...imo... I will wait to read the judgement as I expect the company would have been ordered to issue the shares that were subscribed for, otherwise this is really bush justice .. drive a bus thru it decision....imo
