Well, SXY might feel stagnant, but the picture has changed a bit in the last 2 years (that might be an eternity to traders but is just medium term to an investor). For just over a year, SXY bumped along under 0.30 with only brief forays above, to the intense frustration of everyone here. But just under a year ago, it changed, and SXY has been climbing steadily(ish) ever since. I think it has a long way to go. Be patient and profit.
