url: universal and vulcan to merge , page-43

One faint hope is that with URL - you have access to a 20m loan facility. Throw in the 28m cash of Vulvcan. Then possibly some land sales for Vulcan and URL - and we could get another 10m - then some share issues for say 15m more - and the rest from a bank loan. Who knows - certainly would not rate URL management capable of doing that. However, not sure of Vulcan management. Their share price of late is a disaster - is this reflective of management?

I would not get too excited by this opportunity - let us see what they can do. Not holding my breath - but with an additional 28m and with the hint of URL management perhaphs being kicked out - perhaphs things may start to happen.
