the reason no other parties have moved in recently is the price of copper hasn't given anyone the incentive to- no things are stabilising, there are more parties sniffing around the whole Isa area...

I don't think any merger will take place for the same as Pumpkin's abovementioned reasons- major holders- Xstrara, CFE etc.

this is what worries me should it go ahead-

"The Companies have agreed that Universal will assess its capital requirements during the period of
the merger and will advise the market should a decision be made to raise additional funds."

Management have to go before I will be tipping any more funds into black hole(so far)
