yes the register is going to determine the outcome here.
If nothing else, at least this deal provides a base for which other parties that are considering a buy into the project will need to exceed.
Probably a good thing for URL i would think.
from what i can see, this project and company has been treading water for a while now, so I have to ask - why VCN, why now, and why haven't/didn't any of the other parties already buy in?
