VCN is being taken over by URL (not the otherway around) That is why URL is down and VCN is up.

Why, VCN has some cash and URL has some copper. It's a long time since I read the feasability study, but I do remember the money required was very large.

This merger is so both companies can survive in the short term and keep on hoping.

Wish someone had explained this to me when I misunderstood the proposed merger between PEM and CBH
