The sooner they change the name the better. Simply the mention of the current name is enough to get the share price falling. This is what happens when you have a management team that takes 3 attempts at getting finance and fails each time. The third time round - this company had become a joke amongst investors.
I just could never understand it - they have so many resources but could get anything going. It all started with the ridiculous DFS which sought 330m + in capital. Even back in the times of easy money - this was ludicrous. As a result, the banking sector around Australia appeared to black list URL - as finance was never achieved even on the scaled down requirements. I wonder if URL management had gone with a smaller ask the first time round - if things would have been different. That is why it is so important to get things right first time - why did it take 3 attempts at finance. This is why Roseby is still gathering dust.
