A Timbercorp investor recently informed the Australian Securities & Investments Commission that while the usual rate of investor response to requests for annual payment was about 94 per cent, the response for this year so far was 31 per cent.
They jack up because they can't see an end to the problem, but if they don't pay the rent, the administrator acquires the automatic right to wind them up."
I would rather pay them my $600 per woodlot than have them do what they want with my trees.
