Following is my opinion only:

Trading halt tomorrow, prior to market open - reason, cap raising.

Friday, trading halt lifted prior to market open - 16,666,667 shares issued at fixed price of 90¢, to raise $15m.

The issue price of A$.90 per share represents a 6.7% discount to Atlantic's 5-day volume weighted average share price on Tuesday, 14 February 2012.

As with the $1.20 placement, leave it to the retail holders (with a helping hand from a friendly broker) to set the price to where we want it.

Happy Valentine's Day from Atlantic to our insignificant but valued retail holders .

I also believe that MM will honour the last placement. As always, timing is critical.
