    Hi usp, hopefully Xtract and Cambrian decide not to apply for any Rum Jungle shares. If the resolutions are passed at the up-coming meeting they will own nearly 310m shares (including 25m options) in WAS so they may decide to take only a token holding in RJ or none at all. This in itself will lower the qualifying threshold considerably.
