In the Notice of General Meeting posted to holders and available on their web news on 3 July, it talks about " Qualifying Shareholders" - yet to be determined.
The short of it, in my opinion ! and reading is that a small shareholding won't get invited and those who do won't get much unless they have a largish percentage holding in WAS.
From memory, Resolute did something along the line with Valhalla into Summit. Vague recollection but the big players got the lot. Just my thoughts on the way this one will go. DYOR, of course, but looks to me that a token holding to get in on a SPP which does work for others won't get anywhere with this.
