I agree with @juniormint Niger has security issues. My point re: Niger was that it is a well-known U country with established infrastructure and procedures. I can also highlight that Namibia also has issues such as water availability. Look back over $PDN during its early days; many community concerns re: water. But the fact of the matter is it has establish infrastructure and procedures for U.

And like JM, I am also awaiting the DFS for answer re: transport and water. I have posted the same previously.

Re: terrorism. I think comparing one-off/lone wolf attacks to ingrained terrorism and educational institutions is, imo, an easy dismissal.Here is an excellent research piece on terrorism.

I note Peter was allocated 17.5m shares at zero consideration. And it did not attract one comment. These shares are a replacement to the 0.10-0.15 oppies Peter was to earn before. Is everyone happy about this or is it best ignored and not discussed?

Re: AVL. As I mentioned on those threads, I only have a small free-carried position as I believe a P&D in January as the underwriter will need to offload 60m shares. And as I have posted on another V stock thread, I like to follow the Mining Life Cycle which indicates the best times to buy and sell. AVL is now in the orphan phase. Unlike some, I do not have emotional attachments to stocks. On to the next stocks.
