I realised that TMT did a pre-feasibility study recently which may be good to get some ideas.
The average operating cost $US 4.27 dollars per pound and capital expenditure $US 284 million... The last table is a bit confusing but may be it is trying to say that the recovery rate is around 70 percent for the fresh ore
