Can’t see any ability to “store” under the new regs.

BUT

if it has been through the plant to remove the vanadium there will be no need for crushing or anything else if the regs change to allow removal of uranium 

THEN 

the cost of removing the uranium is less than it would have been if it hadn’t been through the plant. It then becomes a scoop and process like another uranium mining adventure you may have heard of called tiris (not the same process exactly but cheaper than it would have been)

Thats only IF the regs change to allow the removal of uranium
