    Thanks for the reply I enjoy your commentary here.

    Yes, I'm sure I've also heard John Borshoff say something along the lines about Kazatompom's production costs aren't as low as they use to be but I don't recall him citing that from a report.

    After doing a bit more research over the past few weeks it seems most producers wont start production until the Uranium spot price is around $40-45 and long term contracts are around the $50-60 a pound mark, as anything less doesn't allow any/much room for exploration, expansions and maintenance costs.

    I also agree that these ex producers or very near term producers will need higher priced ($55-60) long term contracts before they will start production again because as you said funders wont tip money into mines unless they are certain they will not fail.

    To this seems like seems a more medium/longer (2-3+ years) term play but it's looking better as more information to support the Uranium bull thesis becomes known.

    IMO I think 1 or 2 big U-sector wide announcements should churn through most of the debt holders shares then PDN should start moving.
