Asx release 20th December 2005 Re: Northern Territory Option The Directors of Crescent Gold Limited wish to advise that the board has elected not to exercise the option over the Woolner and Alice Springs ELA's in the Northern Territory, owned by Finching Pty Ltd and Mundena Holdings Pty Ltd. Crescent is continuing its data review for the exploration of the Ethel Hill tenements and the Rum Jungle, Calvert Hills and Tennant Creek ELA's, as well as assessing additional opportunities. Wasabi has since taken this on. Have written to Crescent asking why Woolner was not retained. Will update when known.
