I don't know what has been done to Fukushima in terms of mitigating another massive swell of waves over the the sea wall. I am sure the Japanese would have learned from this experience but Fukushima is the weak point.
This natural events are just too risky to be investing in the sector regardless of the benefits green house effect. It has always been cost that is driving the alternate green energy source. Do you see wind farms expanding as a direct result of Crude collapse?
