If you are looking for a swing trade then all that matters is paper gain. I am referring to a good strong trending U stock and BOE pass, the only one is the sector to meet this simple criteria. All are coming off a low base obviously. DYL SP numerically is a bit misleading since they had a massive SP consolidation, usually code for cap raise coming up. The ore bodies are all over the place instead of a homogenous concentration like their immediate northern neighbour now in private Chinese hands.
My guess is that U needs to be somewhere around US$40-50 in a sustainable way before any of the deposits are economical to start plans to raise capital for developments. All I hear is that artificial unsustainable supply was taken out of the market which isn't really a fundamental to trust.
Currently in the spotlight is China's policy shift through creating then enhancing the EV as a pollution control. As technology progresses, there are a plethora of energy source to compete with N Power green credentials with much lower risk of Fukushima style meltdown. The minute Japan embraces N Power again in a wholesale way again like the past, I will revisit.
