The one that has the highest risk reward ratio IMHO is AEE. And is also my favourite one because:

Shallow low Capex U deposit in Africa. Enormous Vanadium asset in Sweden - which is about to have an IPO spin off.

Everyone will try and ramp their favourite pick and they will also try and compare "who has the bigger assets and higher grades".

That's great - but it's also about which company can actually deliver you a mine. Peter Reeve is running AEE and has a history of getting it done.

They also are waitong on some Gold exploration permits In Africa. These are delayed.

I like AEE becauce its NOT a one trick pony and has a great management team that has done it before.

Others that are well touted are BOE. DYL. VMY.

BKY (although IMO they might have some Permits to get first before I go in - many people say this is the number one ASX pick - However, the permit issues for me are a concern)

None of the above is advice. Please research yourself. Learn how to read a balance sheet - If yoI sont alrwasy Inow how too - check google for videoss if are not 110% sure how to do this!!)
