ETF volume has definitely been building from 2017 and you can see the wedge pattern forming. If you are into bottom picking then Oct17 & march18 lows were opportunities to get exposure to the stock derivative. BUT you had to be quick and play the bull swing in a LT bear trend.
Maybe this time is the low?
