The may be a large price disconnect at present? The good point by FightingGreed the U spot price has trended up 25% ( just a little so far imo) seems to me to be also reflected in overseas stocks. "RBC Capital on Friday raised its Cameco (CCJ) price target toprice target to $16 from $15," for CCJ NYSE, Current price is just $11.68 for CCJ. ($USD). PDN has of course the dubious history of killing a lot of our share holder capital. (read as my money as well)
It is also very interesting to see the one of the largest holders of PDN is still China Investment Corporation and its controlled entities with 5.61%. With the on going forecasts for huge growth in power required and supply by China. I suspect China still wants control of H.L. It felt they tried to get HL cheap via a liquidation of PDN and failed. If as most U bulls and many others suspect the U price has turned and possibly ready of a significant dare I say explosive price growth. More than a little interesting to see a 10% spike (low volume noted) while the rest of the market had a bad to ,very bad day yesterday.
