When I bought in back in July, the U spot price was $23 and I thought PDN was dirt cheap. The spot price is up 25% since then. PDN has some catching up to do after having the SP unnaturally supressed by the debt holders. I'm not thinking there will be any retesting of 22-23c. If you want em cheap, get yourself some of that last million, PDN won't be that cheap again once they are gone. And there will be a scramble to get some. Like when the kid in the playground chucks lollies up in the air.
