Just be wary, $44 was an average of fixed and variable, fixed prices are probably. fair bit lower.
The strategy of a company like AEE would be a bit different than a Paladin. There looking to make the move from speculative to producer so have less bargaining power. It's a ln aggressive play and good on them for being on the front foot. But I don't see this being what gets the ball rolling for numerous long term contracts.
Their share price hasn't budged so the market is aware of this.
