maybe it's time for the MRU investors to realise that they've made their money and move some profits over to UNX to ride the growth train again.
The 2 companies provide an interesting comparison in Tanzania.
MRU - deposit in game reserve...will the Govt let them mine it? - it was a known deposit...ie. they didn't find it..but that doesn't really matter does it? - great sp performance this year...obvious investor confidence, due to strong marketing of company...but are all the facts there? - very high market cap given they are not even close to mining
UNX - deposits not in game reserve - actively exploring and making great discoveries in tanzania (Manyoni already JORC'd) - Mkuju looking even better - close to surface mining in Manyoni (less than 10m from surface, ore can be extracted by slurrying soil in water!), which will result in very cheap mining costs (to be confirmed with pre-feasibility study due later this year - one mine, multi source strategy - poor share price performance, apparent lack of announcements...but this is changing - very low market cap..will be mining before MRU...comparitivley under valued
should be interesting times ahead
