If you want to give it some credibility, take a look at Compass Group, Sodexho and Think Childcare (TNK.ASX) and the reasons for the recent TNK capital raise.
And I am not talking about the long dated A2M rumor for GEM which IMHO is ridiculous and not weven worthy of rumor status.
