    I think rig issues are mainly responsible for the sub 5c buying opportunity.

    WSP rig not out of the woods yet.
    119meters drilled in 2 weeks is disappointing.

    However, 2H 2006 drilling of Pel182 looks pretty much assured, whether its with WSP rig or an alternative rig.
