As a KZL thread veteran and obvious enthusiast would you be so kind and generous as to expand further on the risks & rewards of Admiral Bay (AB) for those of us that are cautious and skitty yet eager.

What would you consider a feasible worst & best outcome for the project/s and Kagara as a company?
