I just think it's foolish to think anything is a certainty that's all. im not saying it will or wont happen.

I still think there are a lot of problems simmering below the surface, a lot of the growth is coming from stimulus money and not from real economic demand.

China is being reported as having a property bubble, the US and Europe are still in the poo big time, there are a lot of unknowns out there which still warrant caution.

bloomberg, yep a real credible mob, just like listening to fox news, a bunch of American Bimbo's and Jocks riddled with plastic surgery and tooth whitener. Most Americans are still in denial that they are Bankrupt and at the mercy of the Chinese.

Anyway you miss my point, i was not saying we wont have another boom, i was saying that nothing is certain and an element of caution is needed.

Yatchy, just because Admiral bay has reasonable grades etc does not take away from the fact that it is very risky with many technical challenges at 1.4km deep, when i spoke to Treacy at the AGM we chatted about Ad Bay and i basically said what i have said here and he agreed, he said there is no doubt it has huge risks, i take that as meaning if it goes wrong it could finish us off as the capitol cost will still be huge even with a partner.

By the way i am still accumulating, but with caution. And most should know by now i am a KZL Bull, it has made good money for me, i am the only one on here who could probably claim to have received Divs from them and held them at $7.80
