    Placement and rights issue to raise upto $7M+$8.9M= $15.9M before costs.  Insto placement oversubscribed, just awaiting information as to the outcome of the rights issue (including additional subscriptions and top-up).  Maximum funding will reinforce the balance sheet during this next period of considerable growth and profit increase.  SP just taking a breather before the next leg.  GLTA
