William Wang is a director of JMS, which their exploration progress is ahead of Mindax.

In my point of view, if William is willing to increase his stake of MDX before he is given a seat in the board, I don't see why he'd do anything harmful to the company, neither to the shareholders. On the other hand, it's huge benefit to Mindax with William's experience and "knowledge" of the Mt. Forest area.

I guess Andrew is gang up with William, otherwise William wouldn't say that he'd try to remove director/directors who is/are rejecting his request.
