Since it was listed, the turnover in RGI has seemed to go more or less in step with the share price. In January, when the price was around 60-65 cents, the weekly turnover was over 1 million.
A quick check through my watch list and a few top 50s seems to indicate that this is unusual. More often than not, the inverse is true: punters get excited when they perceive a bargain. And of course, there have to be willing sellers.
In any case, I don't think one could call this an "aggresive buying" situation; try "cautiously optimistic".
