I agree with you smack, but its always good to identify what the cash flow potential can be in the near future in order for you to evaluate the time frame of your investment... With key it seems like a stabilized cash flow potential with no BIG advances in SP expected unlike some other species who have very large cash flow potential and are a more hit or miss situation... I feel cash flow valuations are necessary for you to identify the risk of each investment accordingly...
