Your calcs don't look unreasonable tejveer1, but I'd argue for a longer time to depletion of current reserves.
Lidsey recoverable reserves are 128,000 bbl, and Brockham reserves (from the 26 June release) are 159,000, giving a total of 287,000 (assuming that the reworking of both fields is unsuccessful). This implies a time to depletion of about 9 years, assuming 85 bbl per day. Using your other assumptions that would give an NPV of about $7.5m.
But...a spanner in the works might be the UK Govt take of 50% less tax loses mentioned in the recent Good Oil conference. Anyone know how this might impact on profit ?
