As Tcisbis states this is watershed stuff,, a transformatory momemt in KEYs evolution.

I think we will be able to mark today as the beggining of the long uptrend.

Short term,, KR's negotiating position has really been boosted strategically at all negotiating tables (Tz,,Italy,,future financiers).And this will become apparent in the positive announcements that flow from here on.
