Amer222333, why would they need another SPP to pay for the horizontal drill? The last entitlement offer was to pay for that drilling.
After paying for the UK assets KEY has about $5m in the bank. The Capital Raising Presentation released to market on 20/7/09 indicates the cost of the horizontal drilling of the Lidsey field would cost about $3.5m
