Your right Miner64. My understanding is that the Mining Act 2010 will not make any difference to the viability of the project for MRU. As the recent announcement from the company stated they expect the EIS, SML and MDA to be approved by the Government in 2010. This means that a decision can be made to proceed with the project this year. Certainly a bit different than what they would expect if the resource was in Australia!
I can't remember any updates on MRU's drilling programme of late but if this produces an increase in the minable resource, which is more than likely, you will certainly see the SP take off.
