    Interesting points Kit.

    Something needs to give here. Had a similar stock Dexion (DEX ) that got a 100% cash premium offer from GUD, so you can occasionally get a pleasant surprise with these dull but sensible businesses.

    CIX really has no future as an ASX stock, but as you say the business is probably worth twice the market cap.
