Having approvals does not mean it will come online. STA (formerly Gunson Resources) got all their approvals done and even built the road to their Coburn deposit north of Geraldton. Shareholders were overjoyed, I told them that it would NEVER happen (they were 10c back then). It's been stalled for 3 year and would sell it for a carton of piss if someone offered it to them. They are now looking for sand in Tanzania, which is probably a better option, but have no illusion they would sell their what they find, they won't develop it.

Let the smart money do the work for you, find the big investors that are backing sand projects, they will at least give you a hint on what you should be looking for.
