Eshmun, you are all over the place here. First of all, in an early post you state that the 1000 has no units. Then when I point out the consequences of this you decide that it has to have units after all.
I recognised from the start that Brian was using a constant here as a scaling factor (nothing wrong with that, it brings the measure into a more expressible value) but I ignored that initially so as not to complicate the issue. Nevertheless, if the 1000 has units after all then it is expressing some kind of relationship within the observable universe. I would very much like to understand what that relationship is, if you would like to explain it to me? As an example consider Planck's Constant (which has units) whereby a photon's energy is equal to its frequency multiplied by the Planck constant. Perhaps you or Brian can elucidate where the 1000 value comes from?
You can adopt any formula and measure that you like, that is your prerogative, but please recognise the mathematics of it.

You have not considered my statement that:
Brian's Measure = (EV * Overall Mining Cost) / (Production * Production) (the scaling factor is irrelevant to any meaning if that is what the 1000 is).

If you care to expand the expression of AISC and re-express the formula without AISC as a term but substituting the definition of AISC as Mining Cost / Production then you will soon see that the above is correct.

I repeat again, you guys can create and use any measure that you like but please do not ignore the mathematics and so understand what you are really expressing.
