I would rather trust a valuation target provided by one of the syndicated banks that would have done due diligence on the project and supports the company's vision than one compeleted by a random unaligned broking house. The bank's bread and butter comes from having the loan repaided and collecting interest on the loan, not the share price in this case.Esh
