Well the good news is that shorts at some point need to cover.
Why on earth would you be short the likes of BDR at these levels is beyond me.
Its as bad as buying at the top. A stock that has quartered in value & more depending on where you look at it & is about to start produce very good amounts of cash. Nuts!
When I look at buying what I deem an oversold stock such as BDR or RSG I look at the shorts & I like the fact there is a decent short position, especially one that has just increased.
There is going to be a spike in a number of goldies as these shorts are caught & scramble.
I'm not against shorting, I do it myself, but there's a time to be short when there is over exuberance & a time to be long when everyone is capitulating.
