Always like to look at the past when researching the future.
I've been enjoying rides in some of the explosive REITs too but by nature am a calculated risk taker and am naturally attracted to stable / dividend plays. The capital raisings are a concern and certainly theres a few in the table that will get mathematically skewed by my rudimentary approach when shares get diluted.
Happy with MOF, but certainly would always mitigate risk in this sector by holding multiple different REITs. I wouldn't want to *just* own MOF and personally believe if someone was top heavy on one particular REIT then now is an excellent time to ensure diversification across the board with calculated portfolio selection. Having said that, i wouldn't be picking up any REIT thats above 45% of its 52 week high either as the upside opportunity to an investor is currently too great to ignore.
