    Thank you very much for your chart.

    I do not much about chart but I like steady, not too steep gentle upward(northward) chart.

    IMO SP will go up eventually due to increasing housing demand for growing population.

    Price dipping means more buying chance, so I would like to buy as much as I can as long as financial situation admit.
