    Chengtun is taking out ASX NZC, Nzuri a Cu-Co developer in Dem. Rep. of Congo, with all cash bid as Cobalt is in the doldrums. Chinese are slowly controlling a strategic resource, Cobalt, in a high risk country

    Chinese money/ High risk country..... maybe Lead/Silver/Zinc is also appealing?
