Morning Densamer interpretations can & do vary of course and am at work right now so do not have access to or recall actual Document so here is a Question for you.
Why would they seek an off shore Partner?..... They are well funded and have enough “Key” Partners - SH’ers as it is now.

MYL are very well insured against the in Country/environment they are intending to operate if you look closely into Perilya and Yandal and their connections along with sister companies etc you will see some heavy handed hitters up the Ladder.

It is my understanding and interpretation of the Documents & discussions i have had when i contacted the Co. Therefore i believe should anything be put to the table then the “Big dog will be let off the chain”.....    I highly doubt under any circumstances that a Co like them would allow themselves to be taken out of Game and enable another CO to take the Asset without being able to compete.
IMO the Big Dog will be all over this asset they are just waiting for JL & Co to do the hunting and gathering for them. I also think this will be a couple years away depending on progress of all the usual Approvals, Liscences etc etc etc but could be sooner if someone is hungry for it.

I will latter look up the exact Doc and or explanation so as we are all 100% clear but i am 100% confident in my interpretation too.
